1. This activity is a discussion based on youtube videos about the effects of drinking coffee. The students firts will talk about the issue after watching the video in class and for homework they will write an essay about it. Suitable for teenagers and adult students at advanced levels.













2. This file includes 6 speaking cards about food and how to cook something. Give each student a card. Give them some time to think about the topic and then have them talk about it for 2 minutes. It is designed for pre-intermediate and upper levels. Hope it helps!











3. This is a worksheet to learn about eating contests. Your students will wonder if this is a sport or not. 








4.Based on the TedEd video "What is a calorie", this worksheet is great for CLIL teens who are taking science in English, as well as adults. The animation helps understanding, and the questions help students to follow the video. It can be followed by some project or discussion.












5. Another episode of Anglophenia is here. This time with a festive theme, discussing traditional Christmas dishes around the world. There are two tasks: matching columns and true/false. Listening/vocabulary activity. Hope you find it useful. Happy holidays!

The handout is based on the first part of the movie: 0:00 - 51:20. This is not an easy movie to watch in a foreign language, that's why the tasks are chosen to make it easier for students. Students are asked to match some words related to the topic, with their correct definition. Key is included. It could be used as warm up activity or as a follow up activity on the issue. 2.  A worksheet to accompany season 6, episode 12 of Seinfeld. Students begin with a 'get to know the characters' activity before moving on to a collocations vocabulary activity and some pre-episode discussion questions.
